Any and all applicable refunds are processed within 5 working days. Once we have processed the refund the money will arrive back to the card you used to purchase, this is subject to your own banks clearance timescale which is completely out of our control although this is typically 3 - 10 day working days from initiation. 

We will always send you a confirmation email when the refund has been processed from our side. Once we initiate eligible refunds any access will be immediately revoked.
